Unfortunately, the email quota for shared hosting plans cannot be increased. The email quota refers to the disk space allocated for your emails, and each shared hosting plan has a set limit.
The maximum email quota for the Aspire, Premium, and Pro plans is 1GB, while the Deluxe and Supreme plans offer 2GB and 3GB, respectively.
If you need additional storage, you can opt for one of our independent email services, such as Email Hosting or Google Workspace (Gsuite) plans.
Note: Due to configuration settings, only one email service can be used at a time.
How to Change Your Email Account Password
- Click on Manage on the right-hand side of the email account you want to modify. This will open the Change Mail Account Settings menu.
- Enter your new password in the Password text box.
- Scroll down and click Update Email Settings.
- The Strength Meter will indicate the strength of your password. For security, we recommend using a strong password. Click Generate to create a strong password if needed.
- Your screen should refresh, and a confirmation page will appear.
Congratulations! You have successfully changed your email account password.
